The annual plan is priced at 10 months of the monthly rate — so you get two months free compared to paying every month for a year.
When do I get charged again?
Once, on the day you sign up, and then once a year on the same date. You can cancel renewal anytime before the next cycle and keep using your credits through the end of your term.
What happens to my credits?
Your annual credit pool is granted on activation, with monthly top-ups for the duration of your term. We never expire credits you already own.
Can I get a refund?
